Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operation Executive to oversee daily operations across our sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating manpower deployment, managing scheduling and emergency replacements, and ensuring consistently high service and compliance standards. This role is well-suited to an individual with strong problem-solving abilities who can respond effectively to client requests and operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and manpower deployment
• Manage scheduling, buffer manpower, and emergency replacements
• Conduct site inspections and monthly operational audits
• Respond to client requests, incidents, and escalations
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding to reduce manpower shortages
• Maintain strong compliance and service standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, facilities management, or manpower coordination
